O’Brien Ironworks are a family owned and run business located in the historic town of Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, specialising in the design and manufacture of high quality wrought iron domestic and commercial products.

Started over 75 years ago by Denis O’Brien, the craftsmanship is continued today by his son and grandson. All our work is manufactured in our workshop, ensuring our exacting standards are met for each piece we produce and ensuring quality products on which our reputation is built.

We work with each of our customers individually from design to completion to create the gate and railing that best suits their house or commercial property and surrounding landscapes. We deliver and install all our gates and railings. All our products are created using high quality Wrought Iron and finished with a hot dip galvanising treatment as standard to ensure longevity.

O’Brien Ironworks also offer a custom design service for one-off or unusual pieces, including gym equipment, signage, wrought iron furniture, grave markers and planters.
